2010 PROGRAM REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
Registration for all Summer 2010 trips as well as the April 2010 March of the Living experience is now open. We encourage you to act now and take advantage of BBYO Passport's No-Risk Registration Policy (see below) to secure your confirmed spot on the program today.
Register for a Summer Experience
Filling out the initial program application form only takes 15 minutes. Start the process by choosing whether to submit the application form online or via paper. We highly recommend using the online registration for maximum functionality and ease of use...
NOTE: If you are registering for the Israel Family Journey, or registering for the March of the Living as an adult, the registration process is slightly different and can be found on the individual trip profile pages.
Registration for the March of the Living 2010
Participants registering for BBYO's March of the Living delegation may do so via the Online Registration or via the phone. The payment and cancellation deadlines for the March of the Living are separate from Summer 2010 trips, and we encourage you to review those details on the the March of the Living Registration Instructions page.
Registration & Payment Terms
Payment may be made by credit card, personal check, money order or bank check. Please make all checks payable to "BBYO." Credit card payments may be submitted online using the secure registration system, by phone, or by fax.
Payment Schedule
- $250 trip deposit due with registration
- Additional $750 due by February 15, 2010
- Balance of trip fees due by April 30, 2010

No Risk Registration Policy
All program payments, including the trip deposit, are 100% fully refundable until March 15, 2010. Following March 15, 2010 a $750 cancellation fee applies. The full program cost is non-refundable if a cancellation is made any time after May 1, 2010. Exceptions will be reviewed by BBYO on a case by case basis and at BBYO's sole discretion. However, as a general rule, BBYO Passport recommends taking out an affordable travel insurance policy if you are concerned about cancellation risk.
Terms of Acceptance
- Acceptance to the program is conditioned upon the receipt of a full application including a physical examination of the applicant that demonstrates his/her physical and mental fitness and ability to participate in all aspects of the program. Receipt of deposit and application forms does not guarantee acceptance to the program. BBYO reserves the right to deny acceptance according to its own discretion.
- BBYO also reserves the right to consolidate and/or cancel specific programs and/or trip dates according to its own discretion. We expect that a final roster of confirmed trip offerings and dates will be confirmed by March 1, 2010.
- BBYO reserves the right to adjust the price of the program by up to 5% based on exchange rate and airline fuel fee fluctuation. Participants reserve the right to cancel and receive a full refund in the event of a price increase if they so wish.

- Early Registration Discount – NOW CLOSED BY POPULAR DEMAND!
- Alumni Discount – All BBYO Passport alumni of summer experiences or the March of the Living are automatically eligible for a $250 discount off program fees (note: cannot be combined with early registration discount)
- BBYO Members Discount – All BBYO members automatically qualify for a $50 discount off summer program fees.

- Spitzer Fellowship (ILSI Only)
BBYO is honored to announce that financial assistance for ILSI participants is again being made available to BBYO members through the Charlotte and Jack J. Spitzer Fellowship. This fund was established to assist young people attend ILSI where finances are a restricting factor. Download the ILSI Spitzer Fellowship Application. It is due to the International Office by February 26, 2010
Travel Insurance
We encourage all Passport participants to purchase travelers' insurance in advance of the program. Travel insurance is valuable for situations such as cancellations due to personal/family illness, cancellation of connecting flight due to weather delays, medical insurance coverage for pre-existing conditions, etc. Please note that in some cases, certain benefits are available only if insurance is purchased within 15 days of paying the trip deposit.
